Calories In Fruit
Calories in fresh fruit,,,,,,,!!!!!!!
There are calories in fruit, like in anything else you would eat.
But you don't have to worry so much about the calorie content of fruits if you leave those chips (470 calories/100 g) off the menu instead :)
Vegetables have even a lower amount of calories than fruits do, so when eating vegetables you don't have to worry at all!
But now we are talking about fruits...
It is good to know that not many of the calories in fruit are from fat.
For example out of the 45 calories there is in a small/medium tangerine, only 2 of those calories are from fat. Compare this to a handful (1 oz/28 grams) of cashew nuts with 156 calories, where 112 of those calories are from fat.
Despite this fact, cashews are very nutritious though, so don't get me wrong! The fat in nuts is of the healthy kind, and not at all like the fat you find in for example cakes or meat.
Another good thing is that when you eat lots of fruits - whole or in smoothies - you will naturally eat less of other foods.
You will also be less likely to crave candies or soda when you have frequent fruit snacks throughout the day......!!!!!!!!!!
